This is a one-sheet poster for 1925 Quality Amusement Corp. re-release of Francis Ford's (brother of noted western director John Ford) 1912 silent film. Spectacular lithography by The Otis Lithograph Co. of Cleveland, OH. Shows Indian war party attacking stockade fort which is on fire. In the distance a cavalry charge is seen coming down mountain. Inset portrait images of Francis Ford as Gen. George A. Custer and William Eagle Shirt as Sitting Bull. Film recreated the 1876 Battle of The Little Big Horn in which cavalry forces led by Custer were destroyed by the Sioux. Great graphics.
